When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it may take 7-12 business days for delivery of Electrical products and 8-14 business days for delivery of General products depending on your location.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier provided to you on the tracking page. 3. Defective product - Partial replacement of parts: No need to return the defective parts to us. We will be responsible for the replacement. In this case, we will bear the cost of resending the accessories and the shipping cost.
