When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. if you need to change delivery information, please contact us right away. Once the order is processed we will be unable to make any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it may take 8-14 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Rizbie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier provided to you on the tracking page. If the item is defective, please notify us at email@example.com within 3 days upon receipt of the product.
Items that are not fit, are not returnable. Please email us on the sizes, colors, etc before purchasing the items.
Take pictures of the defective product, and send them to us by email, we will then submit them to our Technical Director for checking, and after they agree that the product is defective, we will ship the item together with your next order for free.
All products must be returned in their original condition, must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensate for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give you discounts on the next order.
