When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. if you need to change delivery information, please contact us right away. Once the order is processed we will be unable to make any changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it may take 7-12 business days for delivery of Electrical products and 8-14 business days for delivery of General products depending on your location.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Rizbie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier provided to you on the tracking page. 3. Defective product - Partial replacement of parts: No need to return the defective parts to us. We will be responsible for the replacement. In this case, we will bear the cost of resending the accessories and the shipping cost.

4. Defective product – Full replacement request: Customer should send the product to our warehouse (customer pays all freight), after receiving the products, the customer will get the new one. In this case we are responsible for the replacement of a new product. We will directly replace the goods and send them to the customer and bear the corresponding expenses.
